Teacher Survey Form
All applicants must have one of their current teachers (or for home school students, a non-relative adult who is a coach, instructor, Sunday School teacher, youth group leader, or scout leader, etc. ) fill out a Teacher Survey form.

3 - Review the Assessment Information

Freshman Applicants are required to take a math placement test. For verification of your current math, you must email a copy of your 8th-grade report card to the registrar at camregistrar@battlegroundps.org
Sophomore, Junior, and Senior applicants must submit a copy of their transcript (an unofficial copy is fine) and current class schedule to the registrar at camregistrar@battlegroundps.org. Class placement will be determined based on the credits already earned and the remaining graduation requirements needed.
4 - Notification of Acceptance for Enrollment
Approved applicants will be at or near grade level. Students who demonstrate grade-level readiness through the assessment process will be offered a seat based on state law and Battle Ground School District Board Policy. When seats are filled, approved students will be placed on a waiting list. Applications are time-stamped when received and enrollment offers during the initial application period* are made in order according to the following School Board Enrollment Priority Policy.
- Children of full-time Battle Ground School Employees
- BGPS resident student with a sibling currently enrolled in CAM Academy
- BGPS resident student with no sibling currently enrolled in CAM Academy
- Out-of-District student with a sibling currently enrolled in CAM Academy
- Out-of-District student with no sibling currently enrolled in CAM Academy
Applications received after the initial application deadline date will be processed in the order received.
*The initial application period was from Feb 1st to March 3rd.
