ROBOTICS CLUB
The 4-H / CAM Academy CloverBots is a non-profit high school robotics team that is part of the international FIRST FRC robotics organization. FRC is the “varsity” level of FIRST robotics competitions which combine the excitement of sports while providing hands-on learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
Students work under the guidance of experienced mentors to learn computer aided design, prototyping, electromechanical system design, programming, program management, public relations, marketing, fundraising, and community service. In addition to CAM Academy students, our club also includes high school students from across Clark County.
The team meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-9:00 p.m. at Manor Evangelical Church on 72nd Ave. Check us out @ www.facebook.com/CloverBots/. If you have questions about the club, please email Brenda Johnson at cc.4h.robotics.club@gmail.com.
