Eight Battle Ground Public Schools students recently were named Cascadia Tech Academy’s Distinguished Graduates for 2025. In addition, two Battle Ground students also received the Dennis Kampe scholarship. Congratulations to these students:

  • Reegan Gardiner, Battle Ground High School–Distinguished Graduate (applied medical sciences) and Dennis Kampe scholarship recipient

  • Sophia Martin, Prairie High School–Distinguished Graduate (culinary, baking and pastry arts) and Dennis Kampe scholarship recipient

  • Hannah Forrester, River HomeLink–Distinguished Graduate (medical assisting)

  • Jayla Gregg, Summit View High School–Distinguished Graduate (cosmetology)

  • Brea Hendrickson, Battle Ground High School–Distinguished Graduate (dental)

  • Brooklynn Leavitt, Prairie High School–Distinguished Graduate (fire science)

  • Sofiia Lytvyneko, Battle Ground Virtual Academy and Running Start–Distinguished Graduate (fashion design)

  • Haley Smith, Battle Ground High School–Distinguished Graduate (business principles)

Distinguished Graduate Awards are earned by the student in each program area who exemplifies the technical, academic and professionalism skills at the highest level.

The Dennis Kampe scholarship awards outstanding seniors who exemplify the best of their program area and have post-secondary plans in the field.
