Steps to apply:

1.) Complete Application Interest List form.

2.) Print the appropriate grade level application: Primary grades 3-4  |  Middle School grades 5-8  |  High School grades 9-12

3.) Submit the application to the registrar at camregistrar@battlegroundps.org or mail to:
